A heritage luxury watch brand was suffering from slow page loads (3s+) and a rigid theme that prevented storytelling. Their conversion rate on mobile was stagnating at 0.8%.

The Solution

We migrated the frontend to Shopify Hydrogen (Remix), decoupled from the Liquid theme. We implemented edge caching with Cloudflare and optimized largest contentful paint (LCP).
